WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in US, China, or Spain, depending on where you are located. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business day from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us Immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 4-12 business days for delivery depending on your location.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. Your order may take additional days during peak periods. Please expect delays due to COVID-19.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is deemed delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for that delivered package being lost or stolen. You will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
